[ Meg is stocky and sharp tongued and playful. she waddles along next to Herc and, for the most part, looks cute and cuddly— until someone gets on his nerves. most people think badgers aren't much to shake a stick at, but when she bares her teeth and her fur stands on end, the only thing more intimidating is Pentecost's stone-faced tiger. ]

[ max doesn't talk often. she spends her days largely shuffling around and sticking her nose in things when it looks like no one else is watching. every now and again, if someone comes in a bit too close, she huffs at them. it comes out like a wheezy grunt more than anything else- but she doesn't need to bare her teeth all that often, when it comes down to it. not when chuck does it for her.

every now and again she goes running- waddles over to a familiar face, but never more than that. ]
